Pre-school

At our pre-school, we live by our ethos: Respect, Aspire, Challenge, Succeed. We teach children to respect themselves and others, aspire to be their best, challenge their imaginations, and succeed through teamwork and creativity! We support development of the whole child. Our school is surrounded by a supportive community, leading to a family-feel, where all staff know all children, and younger children are nurtured by their older peers. Everyone is proud to be a part of Holy Cross. 

Our pre-school is led by a highly skilled team of a qualified teacher and Early Years Practitioner within our EYFS base, comprising of both pre-school and reception children. They are skilled in providing a broad and balanced curriculum offer within both the indoor and outdoor environment. Our staff have an extensive knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and how to scaffold and adapt this to support those children with additional needs.
